By default in Cisco SF 300 switches, telnet and SSH are not enabled, only console and GUI interface is enabled. Configuring line telnet or line SSH with enable, login and password command also won’t enable telnet access.
You have to execute ‘ip telnet server’ and ‘ip ssh server’ command in configuration mode to enable telnet and SSH to switch.
If you don’t have access to Console, you can enable telnet and SSH from GUI also. On the home page of the switch, right section you can find option to enable Telnet and SSH.
Hi, I have question about this switch. I can not access CLI on SF300. How can i access CLI. ctrl+Z, ctrl+U is not work

There are three methods to access the CLI:
1. Telnet
2. SSH
3. Console
By default, Telnet and SSH are disabled, you can enable them either by connecting through console and enabling them or enable them via GUI main page, there is an option to enable Telnet and SSH.
Access through Console:
1. Connect console cable to your machine serial interface other end at console port in Switch.
2. Use Hyperterminal (if XP OS) or Putty.
3. Configure the settings as below:
o Bits per seconds: 115200
o Databits: 8
o Partiy: None
o Stop bits:1
o Flow control: None
and Connect.
It will work. :))
